Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most new, unopened items.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all inserts/accessories.

For drinkware, electronics, and personal-care items (e.g., beauty, consumables): once opened or
used, items are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival.
- Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with
photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable
unless the return is due to our error.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@168groupusa.com with your order number.
- We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Package the item securely and ship according to the instructions provided.
